Why Work with Me?

My expertise includes an understanding of the media marketplace that is unique among coaches: I’ve been a senior corporate executive managing U.S. and Canadian public relations, a network television news producer, an on-air personality, radio news reporter, radio talk show host, newspaper reporter, and magazine editor. For 24 years, I wrote a relationship advice column for an alternative newspaper. Most importantly, my media experience is current—not from a decade or more ago when newsrooms were very different from today.

 

I’m also an indie author who created opportunities through my book tour, including new gigs as a Relationship Expert for a network television station and as a fill-in host on a nightly iHeart Media talk show. I organize and lead writing retreats and conferences where writers spend five days with literary agents on the beachfront in Belize deepening their craft and learning about the business side of being an author. My professional experience and skills give you a boost that very few coaches can offer.
