Coaching
Focuses on
Your Goals &
Your Growth

By learning how to engage with, and reset, your core beliefs, you can create a new map for your subconscious mind that allows you to reach your goals.

Just as emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and regulate our emotions, relational intelligence are the set of skills that help us navigate relationships well. RI can also show us why we seem to attract the same type of personalities into our lives—and, if need be, how to stop.

Meditation or visualization are direct paths to self-awareness. Learning to center the breath can sustain you when challenges come or the next life experience feels too hard. Meditation is also an act of friendship toward oneself. The better we know ourselves, the sweeter our self-care becomes and the deeper our self-love expands. There are hundreds of techniques. Let’s find the one that fits you.

There are goals that we share with the world, and then, there are the goals we hesitate to admit we desire. The Eternal Question process will unearth your true goals and help us map a strategy to achieve them.

If your #RelationshipGoals begin with you in a committed relationship, let’s explore how to create the circumstances that get you in the right place at the right time to connect with your person. I’ve helped individuals find love again after bad breakups and divorces. I can help you, too.

Every trauma settles in our body until we acknowledge the original incident and the suffering it caused, then work to claim our identity, autonomy, trust, and personal power. This is often the work of a lifetime, and doing the work gives us life, space, freedom and strength. If you are healing from a trauma, have completed psychotherapy, and are ready to stretch further,  coaching can support you in moving forward in ways that feel authentic and empowering.

The word, confrontation, simply means to meet face-to-face. So why does the idea of resolving conflict with a conversation create so much anxiety and fear? As your coach, I’ll guide you through a unique process to build a core of strength that can help you use your voice to empower yourself or protect others.

Sometimes the best way to see our minds is on paper. The Work© is a method of investigating the belief systems that hold us back from being fully who we are in the world or from loving as widely as we might otherwise. It’s one of many coaching tools I use that you will be able to use for yourself long after our cycle of sessions are complete.

"Joey is an intuitive listener who has changed my life dramatically. She gives practical advice and direct solutions, while also giving space for you to come to your own realizations about your goals. I was burning out in a high stress job and pushing everyone away in the sake of 'perfection.' Now, I am using boundaries, working in a job I never thought I could land, and finally have time for myself and loved ones. If you are looking to recenter yourself, realign with your core beliefs, and tap into your authentic self—I highly recommend you work with Joey."

“I had trouble dealing with people in high school, was bullied, and had a lot of anger. Joey listened, gave really helpful advice, and taught me how to control my anger. She’s an immigrant and relates well to people of color. With Joey's support, and support from my school counselor, I transferred to another high school—still one of the best decisions I ever made.”

"I had gone to therapists before I began seeing Joey and, although they were pretty good, their feedback was often predictable so I didn’t gain a whole lot. Joey, on the other hand, is a deep listener who I truly hears what I express. Her insights have been unique and challenging, and every session has greatly contributed to my personal growth. I have recommended Joey to countless people throughout the years and have yet to have anyone say that they didn’t like working with her. If you truly seek change and growth in your life, I, without question, recommend Joey."

"Joey is a great listener and motivator who helped me to be kinder and more forgiving to myself. When I first saw Joey I was having problems with both motivation and with beating myself up for past mistakes and missteps. Working with Joey helped me to develop a more positive mindset and focus on the present and future, rather than the past. I strongly recommend Joey to anyone seeking help."

“My partner and I were arguing a lot and it was getting pretty heated. We went to a therapist for a year to resolve the problem. It didn't help—not at all! A friend told us about Joey. In just six sessions, Joey got to the root of the problem and taught us how to communicate clearly and directly with each other. My partner and I still disagree at times, of course, but we haven't had an argument in years!”

"My husband and I could not get on the same page about how to parent our kids (his, mine, and ours). Joey has this amazing ability to hear what everyone needs and to bring their concerns together in a way that simplifies problems and allows real solutions. It worked so well that whenever our three teens had difficulty, we sent them to her for coaching. She has coached our kids on dating, confronting teachers in respectful ways, even handling sexual harassment from peers. People always tell us how impressed they are with our kids. We tell them about Joey."
